PLD-the plastic flame retardant expert is an enterprise that firstly researches the plastic flame retardant technology in China. In 2001, with the approval of Scientific and Technological Office of Hebei Province, the management committee of Shi Jiazhuang Country High-tech Industry Development Zone, and Cihang Technology Zone of Hebei Province, PLD is established and listed in the most-supported enterprises in High-tech Industry Development Zone. Till now, we have taken charge of many national technology projects successfully. For years, we bend ourselves to researching, developing, producing and selling the flame retardant for engineering plastics, flame retardant master-batch, flame retardant & antistatic master-batch, functional master-batch, nanometer flame retardant master-batch.

PLD involves PLD Engineering Plastic Technology Research Institute, PLD Beijing Huada Engineering Material Company Limited, Shi Jiazhuang Kingdi Chemicals Company Limited and PLD Qingdao Chemical Company Limited, setting offices in Beijing, Yuyao, Guangzhou, Shandong, etc.

PLD possesses the technology research team, involving numbers of professors, doctors and researchers. Our lab is equipped with 32 units of high-technological equipments, burning apparatus, water content tester, plastic multi-functional tester, and so on. Many of the official out-standing labs have established cooperative relations with PLD.

In addition, we adopt the ISO9000 and UL94 in our quality management.

Many technology projects researched by PLD Plastic Research Institute have been rewarded as National Patent, for example, manufacture technology for concentrated plastic flame retardant, automotive PP/PE/PA wire-harness, multi-functional anti-freezing taps, nanometer magnesium hydrate flame retardant, flame retardant conductor for mine use, etc. All the products have been produced and sold well. In some projects, we have cooperated successfully with companies from Korea and Japan.

The flame retardant materials, produced with nanometer technology by Shi Jiazhuang Kingdi Chemicals Company Limited whose produce capacity have arrived to 5000t annually, are our leading products, and extensively used in building, automobile, coal mine, electric equipment, aviation, railway, arming, and so on. At present, Shi Jiazhuang Kingdi Chemicals Company Limited is the biggest domestic production-base.
